Bar Re-Opening
Hi [[firstname]],
We are delighted to announce that the bar will be reopening from Saturday 4th July.
The new opening times are:
Saturday 2pm to 8pm
Sunday 2pm to 8pm
Friday 5pm - 8pm
In order to put all your minds at ease we would like to inform you of the measures that we have put in place to ensure everyone's safety;
* There will be a dedicated door to enter (the normal entrance) and exit the club (the door onto bowls) therefore to avoid people crossing paths
* Names and contact details will be taken on arrival to allow us to contact you if needed.
* Hand sanitising machines are available on entry and exit of the club as well as in the toilets.
*Orders will be placed by texting a number on arrival - there will be no ordering at the bar'
* Contactless payments only
* Tables and surfaces will be wiped down and disinfected after every customer.
* Frequent hand washing by staff.
* Staff will be wearing PPE.
* Staff trained in the new procedures.
The bar will be open to members only and whilst we want to and create the club atmosphere of old there will be no music and customers must refrain from shouting etc - if you bring children with you they must remain seated with you.
This re-opening is being done on a trial basis and will be reassessed after two weeks.
The safety of our members is vital therefore anyone not adhering to these policies will be warned initially and then asked to leave if it continues - frequent issues will result in the bar being closed.
Finally due to social distancing measures seating will be limited indoors and there will be no booking system so it will be first come first served - hopefully the weather will enable us to put tables and chairs outside.
